Rebecca+Aaron=literal face slappage...

Ok, I just have to say that Rebecca and Aaron are some of the best people ever, and I'm honored to be able to shoot their wedding this weekend over at the Hotel Zaza.. We met up a couple of weeks ago at the Black Labrador and grabbed a couple of drinks and headed out to shoot right around the building.. I'm pretty sure we were all laughing at some pretty bad jokes, but we had a great time.. We came up with a little fun for the end of the shoot, and the pics came out amazing.. it's not hard to get great shots when you have amazing peeps in front of your camera... We were packing up the gear at the end of the shoot and trying to decide where to get some grub when a car was trying to park right next to Rebecca's car in the parking garage... Here's what Rebecca said.. "she better not hit my car" BAM, this lady totally side swipped Rebecca's car right in front of us.. FAIL!!! but all was good, no damage ;)

Rebecca and Aaron... get ready for this weekend, it's going to be a wild ride ;)

Anyways... here's what we got...

pics are UH-mazing! instead of allowing the picture-taking process to manipulate and control peoples' demeanor and expressions, you are merely a spectator w/ a camera... your photos capture their true characters; life doesn't stop to pose for a photo and your work exemplifies that :-) Plus you have a wonderful eye for light and subject placement... melissa+james= crazy fun...

This was probably one of the most fun couples I had in 08' and that's saying a lot.. Meet Melissa and James.. We met up at the Flying Saucer and threw back a couple of brews before we hit the street of H-town.. come to find out they are big hitters at the Saucer ;) One day they will be on the wall of fame... As we headed out to start the shoot it was instant fun.. Melissa and James were cracking me up.. I love when couples just have fun together.. it really makes for great shots but more importantly great times...

Melissa and James: First I want to say I'm sorry for this getting up late.. my bad ;) Secondly, I loved hanging with you two.. you guys are a blast to be around and I look forward to hanging again soon.. much love to you guys and again, I'm honored to be able to work with you both.. stay rock'n...

Ok, get ready. get set. GO!!!

Cheryl+Jason=wait a minute, that's Pete!!

I'm really stoked to be posting this esesh... Cheryl+Jason+Pete and I all met way back in late april/early may of last year... and that's when the craziness was born ;) This couple is way cool and I can't wait to do their amazing wedding coming up this spring.. we are going to rock it.. Pete is one of the coolest kids around.. I think his dad thinks he gets it from him ;) We thought it would be amazing to have Pete come and be apart of the session and rock it with us... It was a blast!!

Cheryl and Jason: you both are a blast to be around.. I loved watching you guys play around with one another.. very cool! This family is going to rock, and it's going to be apart of something way bigger than yourselves... Only a few more months until the big day :) :) :)

Crystal+Kevin=KA POW!

We met up at the Hilton downtown and grabbed some drinks before we headed out to grab some flipp'n awesome shots of these two... Crystal and Kevin are getting married in a couple of weeks at the Courtyard on St. James and it is promising to be another great wedding. They will be officially the last wedding of the 2008 season for me...

Let me just say, they were a little nervous at first, but with my amazing humor their nerves calmed down :) haha...
